The Skate Report 1/3/2012

SPEED SKATING
Thoughts for the evening:  No matter what else happened tonight I'm happy with the amount of effort I managed to put forth.  I say that because my thighs hurt in new ways.  My goal with the speed skating practices is to get to the end of it and feel exhausted, but not to get exhausted before the end.  We're getting there. 
Starts:  My right leg seems be getting the idea, but my left leg hasn't gotten with the program yet.  I'm guessing it looks worse than yesterday but it feels a little better.
